PREREQUISITE: Intermediate Obedience Class One Hour Pack Dog Walk. This is not a formal obedience class — the focus is on real-world socialization, neutrality around other dogs, and helping your dog learn how to exist calmly and confidently in a natural environment. Throughout the walk, we’ll work on: • Moving between structured “heel time” and relaxed “free time” • Practicing calm behavior around other dogs and people • Building confidence in a real-world setting • Improving engagement and handler awareness outdoors • Working through reactivity or behavioral struggles as they naturally come up during the walk Your trainer will be there throughout the entire walk to help coach you through any issues your dog struggles with and help create productive experiences in the moment. 🐾 Thursday at 6:00 PM 📍 Sandy Bottom Nature Park 💲 $35 per dog/handler team Whether your dog needs better social skills, more confidence around distractions, or simply more productive exposure to the world, this is a great chance to practice in a controlled group setting. RULES: Dogs must remain a minimum of 3ft away from each other during the one hour structured dog walk. This isn't playtime, we welcome dogs that may not thrive with other dogs in their bubble! Do not sign up for this class if your dog has intense reactivity or aggression. ** If your dog is overly disruptive, we will ask you to give the class more space. WHERE TO MEET: Meet outside the main building at sandy bottom, the large grassy area across from the dog park.
