Basic Obedience

Basic class is essential for owners that want to feel confident taking their dogs out in public as well as relaxing at home with their dog.

Description

For dogs 6+ months of age. This class will focus on foundational obedience commands such as sit, down, stay, come and other essentials. While this class will begin similarly to puppy obedience, it quickly surpasses it in difficulty with added distractions and longer duration. Basic class is essential for owners that want to feel confident taking their dogs out in public as well as relaxing at home with their dog.

Price: $190 - 6 week session

Policies

Dogs should have absolutely no aggression history. If you aren’t sure what this means, please contact us.

 

The course meets for six consecutive (unless a skip date is noted on the schedule) one hour classes. Full attendance is mandatory for Puppy and Basic Obedience.

 

If you cancel or reschedule prior to the start of class, there is a $5.00 cancellation fee. Please note that once class has begun, the class fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no make-up classes. Keep in mind these policies when you sign up for a class and please do not request an exception to the stated policies.

 

Proof of Vaccine Requirements: For dogs 16 weeks and older a record of their vaccinations must be signed by your veterinarian and include vaccine for: rabies, distemper/parvovirus, and bordetella. If your veterinarian chooses not to give your pup one or more of these vaccines at the time of class, we must have a signed letter from them stating that it is contraindicated. Dogs must be on flea & tick preventative to enter the facility.
