Consultation

Service Description

A consultation in your home is required prior to beginning walking services. Consultations will last approximately 30 minutes and provide the opportunity for the walker to assess your dog’s needs, learn their routine and any special accommodations, allow the dog to become comfortable with the walker, and answer any questions the client may have. During the consultation, please show the walker where they will find the dog’s leash, food and water bowls, cleaning supplies, indoor and outdoor trash can, toys, any treats they’re allowed to have, and towels in case of rain.

Cancellation Policy

Dogs should have absolutely no aggression history. If you aren’t sure what this means, please contact us. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to the start of class, there is a $5.00 cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel that less than 24 hours before class has begun, the class fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no make-up classes. If you do not come to your first class with appropriate shot records, you will not be refunded. Keep in mind these policies when you sign up for a class and please do not request an exception to the stated policies.
